On Thursday, October 17th, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, a roundtable discussion took place within the splendid setting of Palazzo Branciforte, focusing on the themes of nutritional health and the advancements in biomedical research aimed at promoting human well-being through diet.

Several speakers and chairs from the scientific symposium “Nutrition, Microbiome & Metabolism” participated in the event, offering a preview of the symposium’s content and topics. Giulio Superti-Furga also seized the opportunity to share his vision and the research lines of the upcoming research center of the Ri.MED Foundation in Carini.
