The Gender Equality Plan of the Ri.MED Foundation

The Gender Equality Plan (GEP) represents a strategic tool for the Ri.MED Foundation to promote gender equality, enhance talent, and strengthen scientific excellence, innovation, and institutional competitiveness. Through policies and concrete actions aimed at equity and inclusion, the GEP contributes to fostering an increasingly inclusive and responsible organizational culture.

Building on the work initiated in 2022, the Ri.MED GEP 2026–2028, approved by the Board Resolution No. 112 of 19/12/2025, consolidates and expands the undertaken initiatives, aligning them with the new European Strategy for Gender Equality 2026–2030, with particular attention to the integration of the gender dimension in research, governance, and personnel management.
