This workshop is aimed at researchers who are (or want to be) involved in bioinformatics based projects with little or no experience in computational biology.
The course will provide practical training in bioinformatics in the context of biological research and its theory. In particular, the training program will include fundamental concepts underpinning the topics of protein structure modeling and interactomics.
This workshop, supported by the Programme “Formazione personale attuazione piano triennale 2017-2019 reg form 287/201”, will involve hands-on training in using widely-available software packages and repositories.
