
Cenni biografici
Dr. Sara Conti obtained her master’s degree in “Health, Applied Technologies and Nutrition Biology” in 2023 from the University of Messina. She graduated with top honors (110/110 cum laude) after conducting nine months of research at the Pasteur Institute (Paris, France) for her thesis titled “The intriguing genetic background of Candida africana as a model to understand the biology of Candida albicans.”
In 2023, she attended the professional training course at the Pharmatech Academy—managed by the Department of Pharmacy at the University of Naples Federico II—as part of the National Research Center’s training initiatives on “Gene Therapy and RNA-based Drugs”.
In 2024, she began her PhD in “Molecular and Biomolecular Sciences” in the Molecular and Applied Microbiology laboratory, led by Prof. Rosa Alduina at the University of Palermo, in collaboration with the Advanced Data Analysis group of the Ri.MED Foundation.
